I got some stuff for the table... Woo! As yet though still no cutlery. So we have some pizza (I assume something like turkey and brussel sprout) turkey legs, wine glasses wine bottles and..err... Green things? Not sure what they are. Maybe brussel sprouts, unripened cherries, or massive peas! I have no idea but if you have a better guess let me know!
Today I received... a table! That's it, a single table. Guess I will have to decorate it myself. I do hope I get cutlery at some point as using an axe is probably not the best table etiquette..
Today alas there was nothing behind the door because... this git stole whatever was in there!
It seems he stole the policeman's favourite mug too... Today the calendar gave me... This thing. A barrel containing some handcuffs, a crow bar and an axe. Although I like the tiny barrel and the tools it doesn't feel that Christmassy really. Due to this, I decided to find a different use for it Muuuuch better! Let's just say it's an alternative to a Christmas stocking...
Today the calendar has brought me... a pretty creepy snowman. I do wish they had put some sort of face on it. I mean, just look at it! Argh! I think the policeman found out first hand how creepy that thing is... It's like something out of a horror film. Run policeman run!
Behind door number 3 was... an adorable puppy with a little bowl and bones, so cute! Here he is carrying his bowl around to try and stop the policeman from stealing any more of his bones!
I wonder what day 4 holds... Day 2 of my calendar and behind the door was... this cute fireplace! I love the little flames and the look of it. I decided to put the policeman next to the fireplace to warm up after his little sleep outside yesterday.
As an early Christmas present my lovely boyfriend bought me the Lego City advent calendar! Each day there is either a Lego character or something to build like a Christmas tree! Inside you have the actual advent calendar whose illustration I love... and a street and house design you can use as a play area for all the bits you get. And so today being the 1st, it's time to open my first window yay! On opening it there is a pic of what you will get and it seems day one is a policeman holding a massive mug. Time to build him! I have a feeling that wasn't tea in those mugs... The first day and I think it's a good start! I like his design and it's nice they give you extras parts in case you lose a mug or a hat. I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings!
A change to my usual blog posts and just wanted to update about my artwork which is now on Red Bubble. I'm hoping next year I will be able to make my art a full time thing and slowly getting together a work schedule, about what to sell, where to sell it etc. I have started this off by putting some of my work here! As I go along I want to sell more of my prints on Red Bubble and then sell my illustrations as t shirts, phone cases, as well as print work on items from home to sell online via other sites! I'm pretty excited about this and if you could check out my Red Bubble page that would amazing! Usual blog posts will resume from tomorrow!
