When I was younger I used to enjoy writing stories, poems, and stuff I was been up to, either for my own entertainment or for school. While clearing out some of my old school projects that weren’t overly exciting and some terrible artwork from college, I came across some old school diaries, poems and stories I wrote. I have not read through all of them yet but will be slowly going through them all for a giggle and posting some of them on here with some of my thoughts.
Well today I decided to post about something that I still vaguely remember writing, an Indiana Jones fan fic/script. Alas it is only 2 pages long but those 2 pages are entertaining enough. Click on images to see them larger!

Ok so now you have read it you may have some thoughts which you wish you can share in the comments. Here were mine after reading it for the first time in years:
*Why did I never come up with a name! I came up with a story about the philosophers stone before Harry Potter (well an inscription, but close enough)
*Indy being so matter of fact about punching someone
*I keep writing India for some reason...and where did Caren come from (or is Carol the wrong name, I don’t know!)
*He would rather offer buying one of them a gun as a present than the option of a whip (and I think a whip would be more fun)
* I'm glad I had some understanding that these films don't start with what the main plot is about but still has some meaning to the film
* Where did that snake come from!?
* Making him adopt 2 girls as he had a boy sidekick, why not girls! Although I don’t mention a wife so not sure how he got to adopt them, which leads onto..
*That awkward moment where he adopted them and not some other girl because she was not ‘his type’. I know at the time I meant they had the same kinds of likes and dislikes as him, but after reading that line I had to take a moment for some laughter and tears due to the creepy undertones...
*I end it on a cliff hanger that will never be answered! Did the Nazis find the inscription? Did Indy find it first? Did his girls follow him on his adventure after he told them to stay home and do their studies (always happens in such films)...we shall never know!
I found it fun reading this again after all these years. It’s obviously not the best but I can see that I wanted a story a girl who is a fan of the Indiana films could relate to in some way. It was a way to get girls on an adventure with him without being a love interest. I wish I had written more but this was still interesting to look back on!
