After many months of work I am self employed with my business, Knucker's Hollow!

I won't be turning this into a blog of constant information about my business but will from time to time post about where I put work up for sale and if I'm doing a craft fair and when along with the usual content!
After all the work I've been up to, I think It's time for an appropriate named beer!

After all the work I've been up to, I think It's time for an appropriate named beer!
I picked this up at Middle Farm in East Sussex on Sunday after seeing the name of it and had to give it a try!
It smells pretty malty and the taste...yup as the description on the back says it's pretty malty in taste too, and quite sweet.
It's not as bitter as I expected it to be and all over I think it's a pretty nice beer, and worth giving a try. Due to the sweetness though it's a not a drink you could down many of, and is more of a beer you sip over an evening.
